These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website autoriven.eu and all purchases made through it.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller Information

AutoZ Sp. z o.o. acts as the sole contractual seller and seller of record for all transactions concluded on this website.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Nature of the Products

All products sold on autoriven.eu are used OEM automotive spare parts.

These are second-hand components dismantled from vehicles and individually identified by OEM reference number and/or vehicle data (including VIN when applicable).

Normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use does not constitute a defect.

3. Source of Supply and Fulfilment Model

AutoRiven cooperates with a network of professional automotive dismantlers and spare parts suppliers located within the European Union.

The majority of products are sourced from suppliers based in Poland.

In limited cases, parts may also be sourced from suppliers located in other EU member states, such as Lithuania and Latvia.

To ensure faster delivery times and optimized logistics:

• Products are dispatched directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the customer
• AutoRiven remains fully responsible for the contract, order management, customer support, warranty, and legal compliance
• AutoRiven is not a marketplace
• The sales contract is always concluded exclusively with AutoZ Sp. z o.o.

4. Product Availability and Substitution Right

Due to the nature of used automotive parts, availability cannot be absolutely guaranteed until the order is confirmed and processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, AutoRiven reserves the right to:

• Supply an equivalent product of equal or superior functional quality and equal or better cosmetic condition at no additional cost to the customer
• Offer a full refund if no suitable equivalent is available

5. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

Compatibility must be confirmed by:

• Checking the OEM reference number
• Providing the vehicle VIN, make, model, engine, and year for verification

AutoRiven provides free pre-purchase compatibility assistance.

Failure to verify compatibility does not constitute non-conformity or defect.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

European Union customers:

• Private individuals: VAT included where applicable
• Business customers: VAT excluded if a valid EU VAT number is provided and successfully verified via VIES

Non-EU customers:

• VAT exempt
• Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges remain the responsibility of the customer

7. Payment and Order Confirmation

Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout, a secure and PCI DSS-compliant platform.

Available methods may include:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Revolut Pay
• Other local payment methods supported by Stripe

AutoRiven does not store payment card details.

Payment Authorization:

• The payment may initially appear as pending or authorized
• The transaction is captured only once the order is confirmed and ready for processing
• If the order is cancelled before confirmation, the authorization is automatically voided and no funds are captured

8. Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days depending on destination.

Tracking information is provided once dispatched.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer must:

• Accept with reservation or refuse delivery
• Document the damage with photos
• Notify AutoRiven within 24 hours

Courier or customs delays are beyond AutoRiven’s direct control.

9. Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion for Used and Vehicle-Specific Goods

Used automotive spare parts sold on autoriven.eu are:

• Second-hand goods
• Individually identified items
• Intended for a specific vehicle application
• Non-standard consumer goods

Due to their nature and individual identification, these products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on this website.

Returns are accepted exclusively in cases of:

• Product delivered not matching the description
• Incorrect item sent
• Defective or damaged product

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer must notify AutoRiven within 14 calendar days of delivery.

After verification, AutoRiven may, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement of equivalent or superior condition
• Issue a full refund via the original payment method

If responsibility lies with AutoRiven, return shipping costs are covered.

11. Commercial Warranty

All products include a 30-day commercial warranty covering functional defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Misuse
• Programming or coding requirements
• Damage after delivery
• Normal wear
• Modifications or tampering

This commercial warranty does not limit statutory conformity rights under applicable EU law.

12. Limitation of Liability

AutoRiven shall not be liable for:

• Installation errors
• Incorrect compatibility selection by the customer
• Indirect damages or loss of profits
• Courier or customs delays

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
